Mental health truly has a connection in healthy living, Healthy living involves more than physical health, it also includes emotional or mental health. mental health may include an individual's ability to enjoy life, and create a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve psychological resilience it can also be defined as an expression of emotions, and as signifying a successful adaptation to a range of demands.

10 percent of hospitalized children are diagnosed with mental illness, but minority children are frequently overlooked. so why mental health should not be not considered as part of being healthy living  right.

The author says, "Being healthy living can cure any kind of illness, mental health can be a reason why some Children are having a hard time because they don't care about it even though you're healthy living." (http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2014/03/17/study-mental-health-hospitalizations-increasing-in-children.)

II. True meaning of health

Personal Behavior and your attitude can base your healthy lifestyle, a healthy mind  becoming super healthy mind because of you are eating right just like when you're trying to lose fat you don't have to eat less, you just have to eat right. you're using your mind  to think how would  it be possible if you change your lifestyle.

Chris John wrote an article entitled, "THE TRUE MEANINGS OF HEALTH" that, Healthy mind, Healthy body and Healthy lifestyle. We think the mind is completely underrated in regards to how one should look at health. Wikipedia defines a lifestyle as the way a person lives. This includes patterns of social relations, consumption, entertainment, and dress. A lifestyle typically also reflects an individual’s attitudes, values or worldview. A healthy lifestyle is generally characterized as a “balanced life” in which one makes “wise choices”. Too many reasons  and questions in healthy living that no one can give an answer. like when they are asking if they're look fat and ugly of course it's hard o answer that king of a question.

The author says that,  "The clock is always ticking! So being able to thrive like a boss in our later years of life should be a goal we’re all aiming to hit. Agree? For real, who really doesn’t want a nice elderly experience?" (http://versatilehealth.com/the-true-meanings-of-health/.)
