Blog Post 1: What is physical fitness?



Before I begin, let me just say that I believe in fitness. I, myself, go to the gym as much as possible. I think that we should all practice a healthy lifestyle and train ourselves to become fit. Physical fitness doesn't mean to only focus on looking good on the outside or having big biceps, but it also matters to be healthy. It requires discipline with one's self and the strength to say no to junk food, etc. It's not just about training and exercising regularly but also in the food that we intake. It is important that we start eating what's good for us and end our bad habits of eating food that only provide us with sickness and a lousy body. When we talk about physical fitness it doesn't just revolve around weightlifters, gymnasts, professional boxers, and other athletes. We can all be fit. But first, what is physical fitness?

There are also many things enumerated in the article in relation to physical fitness which are as follows: body composition, strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance, agility, balance, coordination, power, and finally, speed. So now you see that physical fitness is also a complex subject and it has many things that relate to it. Everything that I mentioned attribute to being in shape or having a good physical condition. Being fit can affect us in our daily life, it can even change the way we live and can give us the ability to do more things.


I found a quote according to Marc Perry, "When you think of a person who is very physically fit, who do you see? An ultra-marathoner, a sprinter, a weightlifter, a gymnast, a professional football player, or maybe a guy on the beach with a six-pack?"


I want to erase the image of those persons in your heads and instead ask you to picture yourself being the one who is physically fit. We should try to see ourselves being physically fit and embrace a healthy lifestyle. Let's not just associate fitness to athletes and stereotype other persons. Being fit can also be a step to having a sound body and mind so start now and achieve a good life.

There are more training that we need to do to become fit, interval training can improve your cardiovascular and lung health if you train daily and there are different workout or training depends on your body type which are: Ectomorph,Mesomorph,and Endomorph. Ectomorph body type Has a Fast or high Metabolism, tall and most of them are skinny, Mesomorph  body type has a balance metabolism not fast not too slow most of them are athlete and good body shape Endomorph has a very slow metabolism most of them are Fat because of that. Train daily can Boost your Metabolism easily,  a Good training can make you lean and turn into a Shape being Fit is good to Everyone.

I want to change their image being a person,because they always think that it is hard as hell to become physical fit everybody has they're own reason's, all of this are helpful being Physical fit and living a healthy lifestyle is important to all of Us. we should try to see ourselves being physical fit, always get a good choice being Fit or healthy can helps you Grow longer and achieve your Goal.
